This website explains our tools and consultancy. It has no advertising pixels. Google Analytics is optional and waits for your consent. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. We do not set advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are optional.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information including IP addresses, browser information and page requests to deliver and protect the website. This supports our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable service. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

Emailing us

Early-access and email contact links open your email application. We receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, business contact details and what you would like to use. Please keep first emails to business information and do not send candidate CVs.

The consultancy booking links open Cal.com so you can choose a time with Stephen. Cal.com processes the details you submit to arrange that meeting under its own privacy information. This website does not embed the calendar or submit a booking for you.

We use that information to reply, set up early access you ask for, and take steps towards a contract, or under our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Our email and business service providers help us handle it. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond, deliver an agreed service and meet record-keeping requirements. Service providers may process information outside the UK, using the applicable data-protection safeguards.
